How to download the address book in outlook 2010

Please Find the below print screen  How to download the address book in Outlook 2K10:

For ex:

Step 1:

Open Outlook 2010 and click on SEND / RECEIVE  then do below and click on Download Address Book

Step 2: 

Then It will show below box simply click on ok that's it. Address Book will be  download.
